Splash Car Wash acquires Five Star Car Wash

Splash Car Wash, headquartered in Milford, Connecticut, announced the recent acquisition of the Five Star Car Wash & Detail Center in East Northport, New York. Splash has been accelerating its acquisition and development programs since partnering with AEA Investors in spring 2025. The company now operates 47 New York locations with six on Long Island.

Splash CEO Dan Petrelle said, “We’re excited to add the Five Star wash to our stable of sites in Long Island and welcome the new members to our team. As we continue to acquire and build sites, we look forward to providing our team with new management and operating opportunities. We will continue to expand in the Long Island market to provide our customers the flexibility of numerous locations to choose from and make our subscription program more valuable to our members. This acquisition complements our recent purchase of Spiffy Car Wash in Commack and our earlier addition of the Personal Touch site in Northport.”
