Quick Quack Car Wash Acquires Lightning Express Car Wash

Quick Quack plans a remodel and spring 2026 reopening for new site, adding unlimited memberships, upgraded vacuums and advanced technology.

Quick Quack Car Wash has expanded its Southern California operations with the acquisition of Lightning Express Car Wash at 17111 Hawthorne Blvd. in Lawndale, California.

“Southern California continues to play a key role in our growth strategy,” said Jason Johnson, CEO of Quick Quack Car Wash. “Adding this location allows us to better serve our members while introducing new guests to the convenience, service and innovation that define the Quick Quack experience.”

The newly acquired site will undergo renovations and is expected to reopen as a Quick Quack Car Wash in spring 2026. The location will offer unlimited wash memberships, upgraded vacuums and advanced technology.

To celebrate the opening, Quick Quack will host a preview fundraiser when the wash reopens. Community members are invited to nominate a deserving family or individual to benefit from the event.

Quick Quack was represented in the transaction by PetroCal Associates, a car wash real estate financing and brokerage firm.
