Nathan Bertsch Joins Hoffman innovateIT as Chief Revenue Officer

Bertsch brings decades of car wash expertise to drive growth and customer success.

Hoffman innovateIT, the car wash manufacturing company of Hoffman Development (parent company of Hoffman Car Wash), announced the appointment of Nathan Bertsch as Chief Revenue Officer.

Bertsch brings more than 25 years of hands-on and executive leadership experience in the car wash industry, beginning his career at just 15 years old. Over the course of his career, he has contributed to the growth and success of some of the industry’s most respected organizations, including Mike’s Carwash and Tommy Car Wash Systems, where he worked across operations, construction, procurement, sales, and consulting teams.

Since 2018, Bertsch has served as Partner and Chief Innovation Officer at Express Carwash Equipment LLC, where he helped build a fast-growing wash portfolio and deliver innovative, custom equipment solutions for operators across the country.

As Chief Revenue Officer, Bertsch will focus on expanding Hoffman innovateIT’s market presence, strengthening distributor partnerships, and advancing the company’s mission of providing reliable, simple, and scalable solutions to car wash operators nationwide.

Bertsch is set to begin his new role starting on Monday, Nov. 3.
