International Carwash Association Introduces 2026 Board of Directors; Reflecting Innovation, Growth and Global Perspective

Admin |

International Carwash Association (ICA) has announced its 2026 Board of Directors, bringing together a diverse group of industry leaders representing the innovation, entrepreneurship and global reach shaping the modern car wash industry. The 2026 board reflects ICA’s continued commitment to strong governance, broad representation and forward-looking leadership.

Mandi Brower, president of Quality Car Wash, will serve as 2026 board chair. She is joined by senior vice chair Jason Baright, CEO of G&G Industrial Lighting, and junior vice chair Mark Tentis, senior director of global sales for OPW Vehicle Wash Solutions. Paul Stagg, owner of Splash Car Wash, will serve as treasurer, and Dave Ellard, general manager of Triple Play Car Wash, will transition to immediate past-chair.

“ICA is fortunate to have some of the industry’s brightest and most forward-thinking leaders serving on its Board of Directors, and Rory, Rafael and Mel exemplify that standard,” said ICA CEO Eric Wulf. “Following a thoughtful process that evaluated dozens of candidates, the Nominations Committee prioritized leadership experience, global perspective and representation of the industry’s diverse community. These new directors reflect the modern car wash industry—innovative, entrepreneurial and positioned for long-term growth.”

The 2026 board welcomes three new directors whose experience spans operations, advisory services and global manufacturing:

  • Rory Hilton, managing director of Car Wash Sales and Advisory, offers strategic expertise in mergers, acquisitions, and growth planning across the car wash sector - especially within the Australia market.
  • Rafael Tomas Alfaro, CEO of Istobal (headquartered in Spain), contributes a global perspective and extensive experience in car wash technology and international markets.
  • Mel Ulrich, owner of The Washhouse, brings hands-on operational leadership and a deep understanding of independent car wash ownership.

“These leaders strengthen an already exceptional board,” Wulf said. “Together, this group brings the insight, experience, and vision needed to help ICA serve its members and advance the industry in a rapidly evolving marketplace.”
