Greenhill Car Wash Acquires Mach 1 Express Wash

Greenhill Car Wash announced the acquisition of the Mach 1 Express Wash located at 20945 Dupont Blvd., Georgetown, Delaware, marking a strategic expansion of Greenhill’s portfolio of seven carwash locations in Delaware. As part of the transaction, Greenhill has entered into a lease agreement with JLAM (www.jlamre.com), ensuring uninterrupted operation at the Dupont Blvd. site.

“This location has strong fundamentals — traffic, visibility and a loyal customer base,” said a spokesperson for Greenhill. “We look forward to investing in the site, enhancing the customer experience, and continuing to deliver fast, reliable and high‑quality service to the Georgetown community.”

Greenhill assumed responsibility for all ongoing operations effective immediately following closing. Existing unlimited wash members will continue to receive uninterrupted service, and Greenhill plans to introduce additional membership benefits and site upgrades in the coming months.

The company emphasized that the acquisition aligns with its broader strategy of acquiring and operating high‑performing express wash locations in growth markets throughout Delaware and the surrounding region.

For customers, vendors and community partners, all day-to-day operations will continue as normal during the transition.
