2025 ISTOBAL Revenue Reaches 199 Million Euros

Admin |

VALENCIA, Spain — ISTOBAL, the Spanish multinational in vehicle wash and care solutions, achieved total revenue of 199 million euros in 2025, a 14% increase over the previous year, and a net profit of 9.7 million euros. With an EBITDA exceeding 17 million euros, ISTOBAL maintains profitability of nearly 9% on sales. These results are supported by the continuous improvement of its product range and the optimization of cost of sales, enabling an EBIT of 15.5 million euros — 15% higher than in 2024.

International expansion as a growth driver

The company’s growth, with a presence in over 80 countries, has been driven by an international expansion strategy. The opening of new subsidiaries in key markets contributed over 41 million euros to the group’s revenue and expanded ISTOBAL’s network to a total of 17 subsidiaries.

Over the past five years, the company has added eight new international subsidiaries and established a new company that integrates the entire chemical product value chain, including its own production plant. This growth is based on a direct-sales model and close customer relationships, supported by a team of more than 1,200 professionals.

Meanwhile, ISTOBAL posted strong results in Iberia, its home market, achieving revenue of 60 million euros, an increase of 6 million euros compared to 2024.

Services, chemicals take center stage

In 2025, equipment sales remain ISTOBAL’s main line of business, with a 23% increase in revenue. However, the company is evolving its model toward a more comprehensive offering in the field of vehicle wash and care.

In this context, services and chemical products maintain their growth trend with revenue increases of 20% and 22%, respectively, compared to 2024. These lines are establishing themselves as strategic drivers.

ISTOBAL has strengthened its commitment to chemical products through its subsidiary ISTOBAL ESENS. The company also recently opened a new factory in Massanassa (Valencia, Spain) to double production, expand manufacturing lines and automate processes.

In this way, ISTOBAL is consolidating an industrial model that ensures total control of the value chain for its chemical product line. From product formulation to manufacturing and final distribution, the company offers solutions tailored to market needs.

ISTOBAL charts its roadmap for 2026

The 2025 fiscal year has been significant for ISTOBAL as it coincides with the celebration of its 75th anniversary, a milestone that highlights decades of innovation, international expansion and commitment to sustainability. In terms of markets, growth will be supported by the addition of the new subsidiary in Norway, positive developments in France and the recovery of the American market.

This roadmap is based on the principles that have guided ISTOBAL since its inception: entrepreneurial spirit, innovation and the conviction that progress only makes sense if it is sustainable.
