ICA Subscription Terms

These subscription terms and conditions apply to all International Carwash Association, Inc. (ICA) subscriptions purchased, paid for or provided on or after January 1, 2020. An individual's continuation of their subscription, without notice of continuation, signifies acceptance of these terms.

Subscription Benefits

ICA subscription entitles individuals - not companies - with personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use benefits provided to them by International Carwash Association. Those benefits may be modified by ICA at any time with or without notice and begin at the time of purchase (new subscribers do not receive benefits from before the time they joined). Any intellectual property shared with the subscriber remains the sole property of ICA.

Subscription Payments and Fees

Invoices will be generated by us at the start of a subscription period and your credit card will be charged simultaneously. Subscription fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Your account will be considered delinquent if payment in full is not received by the subscription period start date. Fees will be calculated and collected by ICA and may change at any time. Any change in fees that would impact current subscribers must be announced at least 45 days prior to its effective date, and allow subscribers to cancel without any additional amount owed. Continuation of subscription after such notice signifies acceptance of that change.

Subscription Term

The minimum initial subscription period is one (1) year, beginning at the time of the first successful payment. A subscription continues until cancelled by the individual, terminated by ICA or upon the subscriber's failure to make payment per ICA's terms.

Credit Card Authorization

ICA offers its subscribers the opportunity to have their credit card information securely stored with us for future use to pay for scheduled payments without having to enter their card information for each payment. Card information is obtained from you and securely stored with our processor. Unless you have indicated otherwise in writing to us, by accepting your ICA subscription you authorize ICA to:
 
- Obtain and store my credit/debit card number and related information to enable future subscription payments to ICA; and,

- Charge my credit/debit card each month or year based on my subscription package (monthly or annual)  

Right to Revoke: I understand that this authorization will remain in effect until I cancel it. Written notice may be provided to membership@carwash.org.

Renewal

All individual subscriptions will continue to renew on a rolling basis unless the individual notifies ICA of their decision to cancel via email or phone call.

Cancellation

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. A reimbursement may be facilitated upon request within 5 business days of the transaction.

Information Sharing

ICA does not share its subscription lists with any third parties. By purchasing your subscription, you hereby grant ICA the right to display your company name and logo in our promotions, website pages and news releases. 

Limitations of Liability

In no circumstance shall ICA be liable for (i) loss of profits, (ii) loss of business, (iii) loss or depletion of goodwill, (iv) loss of anticipated savings, (v) loss of use, (vi) loss of opportunity, (vii) loss or corruption of data or information; or (viii) any economic loss, costs, damages, charges or expense, and that ICA's total liability in respect of claims based on subscription purchase or status shall in no circumstance exceed the aggregate amount of subscription fees paid.
