ZIPS Car Wash Appoints Vice President of Marketing

ZIPS Car Wash welcomed Doug Miller to the growing express car wash chain’s Executive Leadership Team as Vice President of Marketing. Miller will lead the marketing, customer care, and digital teams in a progressive approach to creativity and communication. Miller brings over 25 years of professional leadership and marketing experience to the ZIPS Car Wash team. His approach will focus on innovative thinking and the implementation of proven tactics. 

Miller started his career in pro sports with the five-time NBA Champion, San Antonio Spurs, where he built the NBA’s first customer rewards program. This success allowed him to take on the role of Head of Marketing and Innovation at financial services firm, GuideStone. Miller led multiple divisions and oversaw marketing, digital, and innovation strategy. 

More recently, Miller’s leadership was tapped to elevate marketing, brand, and customer experience at Rental One before being acquired by Holt Cat, then held a similar position with SitePro Equipment Rentals. Most recently, Miller served as the Fractional Chief Marketing and Brand Advancement Officer for Cornerstone Assistance Network.
