ZIPS Car Wash earned the No. 1 ranking for customer service from Newsweek’s “America’s Best Customer Service.” ZIPS has achieved this Newsweek customer service ranking for three consecutive years. This year, Newsweek also ranked the brand No. 3 in the 2026 “America’s Best of the Best.”
“We are extremely proud to be recognized for our customer service for the third consecutive year,” said Pete Nani, CEO, ZIPS Car Wash. “We know these achievements are thanks to each team member contributing their expertise to our brand, and we sincerely thank them for their dedication and hard work. We’re a people development company that happens to wash cars, and we’re thrilled to see how the investment we’re making back into our team is making a difference for our customers across the country,” he added.
Newsweek built its “Best Customer Service” ranking on over 200,000 customer evaluations. An independent survey gathered these evaluations from customers over three years. The survey nominated brands in 166 categories including apparel, bookstores, hearing care and pizza chains. Companies in this ranking include Advance Auto Parts, Aflac, Cabela’s, Lululemon Athletica and Old Navy.
ZIPS Car Wash began with two car wash locations in rural Arkansas in 2004. The company has grown to over 200 locations across 20 states. Over the last two years, ZIPS renovated and remodeled 65 locations across the country. The company poured its time and resources back into communities it has served for over 20 years. Last week, team members celebrated the final 2025 renovations in Plainview, Texas. They also celebrated in Roswell and Clovis, New Mexico, with free car washes. Events with the local chamber of commerce and ribbon-cutting ceremonies marked the occasions.
