WhiteWater Express Car Wash announces the successful completion of its second annual Washes for Wishes membership campaign. The carwash fundraiser for Make-A-Wish raised $51,000. The funds will directly help grant life-changing wishes for children battling critical illnesses. This effort brings hope, joy and strength to families across the region.
The campaign builds on the momentum of last year’s success. Last year’s effort helped fulfill the wishes of several children. One recipient was 5-year-old Dylan, a brain tumor survivor who wished to visit their favorite theme park. This year’s Washes for Wishes surpassed expectations. WhiteWater Express has now raised a two-year total of more than $100,000. This total gives more wish kids a chance to have their wishes granted.
“We appreciate that WhiteWater Express Car Wash has once again rallied its generous customers to help grant life-changing wishes,” said Flo Bryan, chief corporate alliances officer for Make-A-Wish America. “We know these wishes play an important part in a child’s medical journey and can lead to better health outcomes, and they wouldn’t be possible without community supporters nationwide.”
Make-A-Wish has granted more than 615,000 wishes worldwide since its founding. These wishes help children find strength in the face of adversity. The partnership with WhiteWater Express ensures that more children can experience the joy of a wish fulfilled.
WhiteWater Express remains committed to making a positive difference in the communities it serves. The company looks forward to continuing its partnership with Make-A-Wish in the years ahead.
