Whistle Express, the leading company in the evolving car wash industry, announced in a press release, that it has officially closed its acquisition of Driven Brands’ Take 5 Car Wash, more than tripling its nationwide footprint. The newly combined company now operates 530 locations across 23 states, making it the largest express car wash company in the United States.

The decision to bring together two industry leaders – in what marks the largest deal in express car wash history – comes as customers increasingly seek convenience, quality and consistency.
