WashStacks and HelloWash announced a new Strategic Integration Partnership, marking the beginning of a bi-directional connection between the two systems. The teams have aligned on a shared development plan and are beginning the integration process now, with the first set of coordinated features scheduled for release in the near future.
The integration will allow HelloWash customers to view selected damage claim details from WashStacks directly inside a HelloWash ticket. WashStacks users will also gain access to relevant HelloWash ticket information within the WashStacks claims workflow and customer records. Together, these features will give operators a more connected view of the operational and customer touchpoints that often require both platforms.
The purpose of the integration is straightforward: reduce friction, limit manual communication, and help operators keep key information aligned across the tools they rely on every day.
“At WashStacks, we focus on building tools that address the pain points of daily operations,ˮ said Jason VanDerMark, CEO of WashStacks. “By connecting our platforms, operators can work more efficiently with fewer disruptions.ˮ
HelloWash shared the same focus on improving coordination for operators. Meddy Ali, CEO at HelloWash, said, “A lot of the work operators do involves moving between multiple systems. This integration helps streamline that process and reduces the amount of back-and-forth normally required to keep everything in sync. Weʼre excited to partner with WashStacks on a connection that supports cleaner, more consistent workflows.ˮ
Both companies are approaching the project with a phased rollout plan. Initial functionality will center on shared claim and ticket visibility. Additional capabilities will be introduced as operators share what information is most helpful to surface across both platforms. Pilot opportunities will open once the first phase is ready for testing.
