Soapy Joe’s Car Wash continues to grow in San Diego County with the opening of Soapy Joe’s new location.
This marks the company’s 25th site, located at 6019 Paseo Del Norte in Carlsbad, California. Soapy Joe’s new location welcomed the public on May 21, 2025. The site offered free washes all day in Carlsbad. It also gave away limited-edition Soapy plushies to every 25th car from 10 a.m.-2 p.m.

What to expect at Soapy Joe’s new location
Each wash includes a citrus pre-soak, rinse, dry and citrus-scented air freshener.
Customers can upgrade to Super Joe or Magic Joe packages. These both feature rain repellent, tire shine and triple conditioner. The Magic Joe package adds the brand’s Magic Graphene treatment. This advanced solution repels dirt and contaminants while providing a clear, glossy finish.
