Arvada, CO – 7/13/2026 – Mark VII has announced the appointment of Kaleb Lingg as Director of Direct Sales – East and Cameron McDonnell as Director of Direct Sales – West. These strategic additions to the leadership team further reinforce the company’s commitment to driving growth, enhancing customer relationships, and supporting sales excellence across North America.
Kalen Lingg Named Director of Direct Sales – East
Kaleb Lingg joins the company with a strong foundation in business leadership, team development, and relationship building. Originally from Dayton, Ohio, and now residing in Tampa, Florida, Lingg holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in business management.
A former college athlete, Lingg brings a competitive spirit and team-focused mindset to his new role. He is passionate about fostering strong connections, creating positive environments, and building lasting relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
“Kaleb’s energy, leadership, and people-first approach make him an outstanding addition to our sales team,” said Pierre Leclercq, Senior VP of Sales at Mark VII. “His commitment to building meaningful relationships and helping teams succeed aligns perfectly with our culture and vision for growth.”
“I am excited for the opportunity to work with the team, build strong relationships, and contribute to our continued success.” Said Lingg.
Cameron McDonnell Named Director of Direct Sales – West
Cameron McDonnell brings extensive experience in operations, business development, and sales leadership. Most recently, he served in the automotive equipment industry as Director of Operations and Business Development for a paint booth equipment sales and service company, where he successfully launched and developed new territories in Dallas, Tampa, and Denver while overseeing day-to-day business operations.
Throughout his career, McDonnell has demonstrated a strong ability to build and lead high-performing sales organizations. In addition to managing sales teams and service technicians, he previously served as Director of Business Development, Sales, Distribution, and Marketing for North America at Sealcon, where he oversaw outside sales representatives and a network of 83 distributors. His professional background also includes experience in HVAC and construction management.
“Cameron’s proven track record of growing territories, developing teams, and executing strategic business initiatives will be instrumental as we continue to expand our presence in the western region,” said Leclercq. “His diverse experience and operational expertise make him a tremendous asset to our organization.”
Strengthening Sales Leadership Across the Continent
The additions of Lingg and McDonnell represent an important investment in Mark VII’s continued growth strategy. Together, they will lead sales initiatives across their respective territories, support customers and partners, and help drive the company’s long-term success. Both will be reporting to Pierre Leclercq.
These appointments also come as Matthias Thomann, Vice President of Direct Sales, prepares to conclude his two-year assignment with Mark VII and return to WashTec AG, Mark VII’s parent company, at the end of August. During his tenure, Thomann played a key role in advancing the company’s direct sales strategy and positioning the organization for continued growth.
“We want to thank Matthias for his leadership and contributions over the past two years,” said Uwe Scharfy, CEO and President of Mark VII. “His impact on our sales team has been significant, and we wish him continued success as he returns to WashTec. At the same time, we are excited to welcome both Kaleb and Cameron to their new roles,” said Scharfy. “Their leadership, industry expertise, and commitment to building strong customer relationships will help us continue delivering exceptional value to our customers while positioning the company for future growth.”
