Links Car Wash Appoints Industry Veteran Mark Torres as New Chief Executive Officer

Links Car Wash, a fast-growing express car wash company and affiliate of Madison Capital Group, announced the appointment of Mark Torres as Chief Executive Officer.

Torres brings more than 16 years of industry experience and a proven track record of scaling high-growth operations. He has spent his career in operational leadership with Quick Quack Car Wash, where he progressed from managing a single location to holding senior leadership roles, including Regional Manager, Director of Operations, and most recently, Chief Development Officer. In that role, he led the successful opening of more than 220 locations nationwide, a testament to his commitment to drive disciplined growth while maintaining operational excellence.

Throughout his career, Torres has overseen critical initiatives across Operations, Installation, Maintenance, Manufacturing, and Research & Development. He is widely recognized for his focus on process improvement, operational consistency, and building high-performing teams that strengthen culture while driving profitability. His leadership earned national recognition from the International Car Wash Association, where he was honored as an Emerging Leader in the industry.
