HAYDEN, Idaho, Sep 5, 2026 - Carwashminder today announced the availability of its Flow Meter System, a retrofit chemical-monitoring platform that gives car wash operators visibility into chemical applications across every bay.

The system measures chemical volume, flow rate, and dispense duration, sends the data to a cloud-based dashboard, and alerts operators when usage falls outside configured ranges.

Many car washes rely on periodic titration, volumetric testing, and manual inventory checks to verify chemical performance. As a result, injector failures, empty barrels, and abnormal consumption may not be discovered until wash quality declines or chemical costs increase.

Carwashminder supplements those manual checks with continuous flow measurement accessible from any web browser. A flow meter installed on each chemical line detects dispensing events and records chemical usage at 0.5 mL resolution, with dashboard updates within 30 seconds.

Each preconfigured sensor box monitors up to seven chemical injection points, connects over Wi-Fi, and ships ready for installation in existing chemical lines. The system works with existing injectors and chemical-delivery equipment. Data is securely transmitted and hosted on Google Cloud Platform.

The Flow Meter System is available now, starting at $2,500 per sensor box, with dashboard and alert subscriptions available separately. Multi-bay pricing, custom sensor configurations, and on-site installation are available for larger facilities.
