ICA responds to California drought, launches social media advertising through WaterSavers

The International Carwash Association®, in response to the recent emergency drought declaration in California, has launched a social media advertising campaign through its WaterSavers® program promoting the water-saving benefits of using a WaterSavers car wash.

In the last three days, the campaign has garnered more than 100,000 impressions, driving consumers to find a WaterSavers car wash near them using the locator.

We're also encouraging all of our members to share our other resources, including our model drought restriction white paper, with regulators and consumers alike.

While the drought emergency is affecting California today, it could very well be another region tomorrow, reinforcing the importance of telling our industry's story of smart water usage and environmental responsibility.
