This session examines successful strategies and potential pitfalls for family business succession. Seventy percent of family businesses fail to make the transition to the second generation and ninety percent fail to make it to the third generation. Succession planning is one of the most critical topics for a family business. Whether you’re considering passing down the business to a family member, or are simply considering your exit strategy, this session will discuss options for successfully exiting your businesses on your terms.
