“Our generous customers continue to aid us in making a difference within our local
community,” said John Roush, Chief Executive Officer of Express Wash Concepts, parent company of Moo Moo Express Car Wash. “This donation will help children that suffer from a muscle-debilitating disease to
feel like a normal kid for a week, despite the everyday challenges they may face. We
are certain that this donation will positively impact the Muscular Dystrophy Association,
and the lives of the children they service.”
Leading the fight to free individuals from the effects of muscular dystrophy, ALS, and
related muscle-debilitating diseases, the Muscular Dystrophy Association strives to help
kids and adults live longer and grow stronger though research breakthroughs, caring for
individuals, and empowering families with service and support.
Each summer across the
country, the MDA sends more than 3,800 kids to MDA Summer Camp. During the weeks
of June 10th to June 22nd in Central Ohio, campers will participate in fun activities that
include swimming, horseback riding, rock climbing, fishing, and making new friends.
