Automotive Oil Change Association is a non-profit trade organization representing the convenient automotive service industry. The association was founded in 1987 and is headquartered in Chicago, Illinois. Western Carwash Association (WCA) was formed in 1983 and is one of the largest regional car wash associations in the United States, representing operators and suppliers in 12 Western States. WCA’s membership includes full serve, conveyor, express, self-serve and detailers.
