Jul 26, 2017
The newest Mike's Carwash at 6250 Far Hills Avenue celebrated its Grand Opening with a Free Ultimate Wash Weekend. The location washed 3,516 cars and raised $8,093.63 in donations for the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Dayton.
"We are so excited that the Grand Opening Free Wash Weekend was such a success," said Rita Cyr, CEO of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Dayton. "This gift could not have come at a better time. We are preparing for the opening of two new Ronald McDonald Family Rooms before the end of this year. This program expansion will allow us to serve an additional 2,000 families a year. A heartfelt thanks to Mike's Carwash and its generous customers for supporting our mission."
"We have been looking forward to expanding in Centerville for quite some time and could not have been blessed with a more beautiful weekend to host our Grand Opening event", said Mike Dahm, president of Mike's Carwash. "We want to thank the entire Centerville community for supporting our Free Wash Weekend."
The Ronald McDonald House Charities of Dayton mission is to keep families close to their critically ill or seriously injured babies and children while receiving care in area hospitals.
