Introducing boot camp at Car Care World Expo 2010! This two-hour session designed for car wash owners and operators teaches you how to apply leadership principles taught at Annapolis and West Point to help you lead your business and your employees. Walk through a process of defining your own personal leadership philosophy by learning how leadership impacts the success of your business, identify the key principles of leadership and examine basic leadership styles, all while using military principles to guide the conversation. Founded by a group of Service Academy graduates who evolved into successful business leaders following their military careers, Academy Leadership will help you use the combined experience of business success and military excellence to help you lead your business to the next level.

  • The expectations of leaders.
  • The four basic leadership styles.
