To be awarded to a company or individual providing a "continuum of leadership" to the International Carwash Association.
Must meet the following criteria:

Recipient needs to have been involved in association activities for longer than 1 year.

Someone who is truly "making a difference" to the International Carwash Association.

May include committee involvement, member recruitment, general promotion, etc.

International Carwash Association membership is required.
