Put simply, the Vehicle Damage Center allows you to report damage that has occurred in your operation which is then directly sent to the International Carwash Association Headquarters and Joe Ward. Joe is the liaison between the professional car care industry and the automobile manufacturer’s and is your representative concerning vehicle damage and design issues. Joe’s experience brings 34 years of engineering experience, contacts and vehicle design expertise delivered directly to the professional car care owner.
